Bugs, questions, and feedback on the Rewrite beta
Rewrite is made by a small team, and email reaches us directly — there's no ticket queue and no bot in between. Write about anything: a bug, a rewrite that came back wrong, a feature you want, or a question the FAQ didn't answer.
"Open in mail app" only works if your browser has a mail app set up. If clicking it does nothing — common in Chrome, or if you use webmail — copy the address and paste it into your email instead.
Four details let us reproduce most problems on the first try:
Please don't paste sensitive text into a bug report. If a specific sentence triggered the problem, a made-up sentence with the same shape — same length, same kind of names and numbers — is usually enough for us to reproduce it. We keep the correspondence you send us, as described in the Privacy Policy.
